Profiles, not proof
CVs and bios rarely show what someone delivered, in what setting, and at what level of responsibility. Gartner forecasts one in four candidate profiles could be fake by 2028.[1]
TalentLedger is designed to turn delivered work into portable evidence — and help companies buy the expertise a task needs with an AI fit-check and a clear record of the decision.

A proposed team. A clear rationale.
A human makes the decision.
Banks, utilities and IT firms often vet external experts from profiles that are difficult to check and specify seniority by habit. Evidence of what a person actually delivered can stay inside the vendor and be rebuilt at every engagement.
CVs and bios rarely show what someone delivered, in what setting, and at what level of responsibility. Gartner forecasts one in four candidate profiles could be fake by 2028.[1]
Requests can follow precedent rather than the task. Studio is designed to compare the evidence and show a documented, right-sized alternative.
Financial entities must maintain registers of ICT third-party arrangements. In the supervisors’ dry run, only 6.5% of 947 submitted registers passed all checks.[2] This concerns register quality, not a requirement for individual work credentials.
Employer-signed records make expertise legible. A fit-check can make the decision more economical. A logged decision makes the reasons visible.
A Financial Times report describes two European banks cutting external-consultant spend by 24% and 9% in the first half of 2026. [3] Buyers are looking for ways to connect cost with outcomes.

Employer signs what was delivered.
Studio proposes the team the task needs.
A human decides; the reasons are logged.
The outcome becomes the next record.

Discuss technical architecture ↗Records are designed as portable verifiable credentials on an open-source issuer stack. [4][6] The classification of employer work records under eIDAS 2 and wallet compatibility remain subject to legal and technical review.
No score of any person is planned for publication. An authorised reviewer can change the proposal; this design considers GDPR Article 22, the SCHUFA judgment and applicable AI Act human-oversight duties. [8][7]
Personal data is planned for EU-region systems. The tamper-evident audit design anchors hashes and timestamps; linkable hashes may still be personal data. TalentLedger will not hold client or contractor funds. ClearChain remains a separate future option in the source report.
The Czech Platform Work Bill remained before Parliament on 26 October 2026; its proposed 1 January 2027 start depends on enactment. [9] Placement is planned only after required permits and legal review; a permit alone does not determine employment status.
Buyers include procurement, CROs, CISOs and delivery partners. Sectors are research-led; client demand is yet to be confirmed.
